HopeShares was born out of a desire to make a difference in a community in need.
We have gained years of on-the-ground experience, which we combine with a range of strategies and resources for equipping leaders to build thriving, sustainable community-focused organizations that change their communities. Our model of collaborative partnership has us teaming up with leaders to determine how best to support them. We accomplish this through:
Coaching
We provide support to our leaders on an ongoing basis. We see what areas our leaders are struggling with and coach them through the challenges.
Community
We convene with leaders through in person meetings at their location as well as bring all our leaders together at a retreat to encourage and equip each of them.
Connections
We broker valuable and meaningful connections between partner leaders to facilitate skill sharing and insight. We also facilitate access to internal and external networks on behalf of the leaders.
Capacity Building
We have grant funds available for community leaders to access to build organizational capacity and further their leadership development.
