     - Include Fund #1647 on cheque.  If for Heather Liebenberg, please indicate as well.

**Once you have set up your donation through The Great Commission Foundation, please notify HopeShares by emailing Naomi.Provencal@hopeshares.ca or by calling 587-880-2915 so we may end your current donation to HopeShares.**

As of October 1, 2025, all donations to HopeShares will no longer be accepted so please ensure you have set up your new donation with The Great Commission Foundation by then.
